Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Please choose products carefully before buying. We cannot change or cancel your order once it has been processed for shipping.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to sanitation issues. If we ship you the wrong item, we will send you the correct item at our expense. If a product is delivered damaged, please keep all packaging intact/as is and take pictures if necessary so the delivery service can process a damaged shipment claim.

If your order is returned to us due to you supplying the wrong address, you will be charged an additional $5.00 to reship. Please fill out all information carefully. if you do not receive your order, please check your tracking number before contacting us.

We do not accept responsibility for loss of any product once it has been delivered to your address.
